Belly Dance for fitness covers the basics of an aerobic format, using the body natural movement to sculpt the silhouette and obtain a great work out, while incorporating dancing and music. RhythmX Belly Dance Students will learn all proper techniques and have fun while working out. Belly Dance is great for the spine, as well as for toning the abs, gluteus and legs.
Most of the movements in belly dancing involve isolating different parts of the body (hips, shoulders, chest, stomach etc.) Out of all other dance disciplines, Belly Dancing focuses on the core muscles of the body producing the movement rather than the external muscles of the body.
